So, currently I am in my second semester at CU Denver. While I am doing my best to balance school and work, I have reached a bit of an impasse in that I have borrowed about all I can via the federal government for the purpose of my undergraduate degree.
To walk through the options I have, I can stay at CU denver and try to pay as I go, but I would need to make a lot more money more quickly than I ever have to pay for full time, two semesters a year. To that end, I am exploring different avenues of making more money, including selling baked goods (feel free to check out that page or reach out to me if you’re interested.) or another job, which if you have any leads on a job I might be qualified for, I would also welcome.
My bowling so far this season is going well, but I’ve hit a bit of a rough patch in the last few weeks with a change in the lane conditions. I’m considering procuring a new ball that might make navigating these conditions a bit easier. In particular, I’m looking for an aggressive core ball, preferrably symettrical but potentially asymetrical, with a pearl cover rather than the solid cover of the columbia 300 cuda that I’m most often throwing currently.
The move from wheat ridge to just south of sloan’s lake is going well. It’s not as quiet but still relatively quiet, and is a bit pricier but I do have a very conventient 15 minute bike ride from my door to class, which has now replaced my car as the preferred commuting method for class.
